Information report

1.Breakfast is important because you will think more and have more energy to do all your work. If you skip breakfast then you won’t think more or you won’t have energy to do your work.

2.Imagine you are a train and you run out of fuel. Your body cannot function properly without having breakfast. If you don't eat when you first get up, then you're energy will go low and by the time it’s lunch break you might feel exhausted.


It is important to read labels because when you read labels you can by the healthy food for you and your family.
